All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip carefully before confirming. ZX666 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and confirmed unless a manifest error has occurred on our side.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available. If a breach is confirmed, ZX666 may forfeit some or all of the balance depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
You may close your account at any time by contacting ZX666 support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account — after deduction of any applicable bonus forfeiture — will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
